Provided are a co-frequency networking method, apparatus and system based on a cluster service. A multi-layer data flow obtained after layer mapping processing is pre-coded using a multi-port pre-coding method, to obtain coded data of each cluster transmitting port, and compared with an original multi-layer data flow, the coded data is added with data redundancy. Resource mapping is performed on the coded data to obtain transmission data of a plurality of cluster transmitting ports, each layer of data in each original layer of data flow is divided into multiple parts to be respectively sent to a UE, and data redundancy is also added. The pre-coding technology and the transmission technology of a plurality of cluster transmitting ports are combined, to increase data redundancy of transmission data received by the UE, and thus improve the accuracy of transmission data decoding by the UE. A plurality of base stations use the co-frequency networking method based on a cluster service to perform the same data transmission to a plurality of UEs in the same group in a cluster service system, so that the co-frequency networking technology is realized in the cluster service system, inter-cell interference is reduced, and a spectrum utilization rate of an LTE system is improved. |
