An M2M car networking identification method and apparatus, relating to the field of road traffic control, and capable of collecting information and analyzing the collected information, and comparing information about a vehicle and information about a driver so as to achieve the aim of detection. The identification method comprises: collecting image information and identification information about a vehicle to be identified and a driver of the vehicle; verifying security capabilities of the image information and the identification information; and sending alarm information if the security capabilities of the image information and the identification information do not meet set requirements. The technical solution can improve the case solving rate of the police, thereby having a better prospect in modern traffic internet-of-things application. |
