The equipment has visual inspection software calculating deterioration/evolution indicators and ageing key parameters, by interpolation of data from a simulation results base. The software represents possible visual aspects of a structure at different times of its life-span, from reference images of a visual reference base. The software categorizes a state of the structure by comparing the real aspect of the structure and images. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process for optimizing a visual inspection and an expertise of a structure (b) an application of a visual inspection equipment and a process of visual inspection for effectuating a process of corrosion of a cement work rack.
