Combination includes decoder, and chip card which consists in second key (30') obtained by detaching precut section from standard size, i.e. credit size, chip card. Key has contact points which come in contact with read/write contact points (54) protruding from surface of integrated circuit of decoder by guiding key using two protecting edges (52, 52') of half-shell (55') and upper edges of guiding cavity (50) without introducing key in cavity.
