PURPOSE:To attain consecutive reproduction of both sides without timewise interruption by sticking an information disk on which an information string is recorded to the information face in time series clockwise and an information disk with the string recorded counter clockwise. CONSTITUTION:The direction of rotation and the information start information are read from a both-sides information consecutive recording and reproducing disk at the start of reproduction. In detecting the information, the number of revolutions of a motor 22 is made constant, and after the drive of a 1st face 11 is finished, a 2nd side 14 is reproduced through changeover. In this case, since the pickup is controlled so as to be moved from the outer periphery of the 1st side 11 to the outer periphery of the 2nd side 14, the changeover time is decreased. |
