PURPOSE:To provide an antistatic thermoplastic resin composition having good and permanent antistaticity without damaging the good heat resistance thereof by compounding a thermoplastic resin with a small amount of a (co)polymer containing a specific anionic monomer unit as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and (B) 0.1-40 pts.wt. of a polymer comprising 20-100wt.% of an anionic monomer of formula I (R1 is H or methyl; A1 is a group of formula II-V; R2-R5 are alkyl, aryl, etc.; n is 0-2; B is alkyl, aryl, etc., which may have an ester bond; R6 is H or alkyl) and 80-0wt.% of a vinylic or vinylidene monomer copolymerizable therewith, preferably a polymer comprising 20-90wt.% of the anionic monomer of formula I, 10-80wt.% of a monomer having a polyalkyleneglycol component and 0-70wt.% of any other copolymerizable vinylic monomer. |
