INDOOR STERILIZATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor sterilization method effective against antibiotic resistant fungi such as MRSA.

SOLUTION: This sterilization method includes spraying aqueous solution containing a sodium salt of pheophorbide a or b or a mixture of both into a room and irradiating the inside of the room with light. Because the pheophorbide a or b or the mixture of both is easily excited by light on a long wavelength side with good transparency, a patient's room can be easily sterilized even against antibiotic resistant fungi such as MRSA with photoexcition by the light within the visable light range.
