摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and compact device by arranging pump chambers of two plunger pumps serially, arranging reciprocating plungers parallelly, and driving terminals of the plungers on the driving side by means of a rotary shaft provided with a positional adjusting mechanism of first and second cams. CONSTITUTION:When a cam rotary shaft 30 is moved in a vertical direction Z by means of a positional adjusting mechanism 32, an inclined columnar member 92 is slid in a through hole 76a in a vertical direction Z, and a disc-shaped cam member 83 is eccentrically rotated while changing the ratio of eccentricity against the cam rotary shaft 30. Driving an output shaft 50 rotates the cam rotary shaft 30. When a center Oa of a cam member 76 is agreed with a center Ob of a cam rotary mechanism 30 at this time, plungers 14, 16 are not driven since cam members 76, 84 do not have eccentricity. When the cam rotary shaft 30 is lifted by the positional adjusting mechanism 32, the cam members 76, 84 are provided with eccentricity, and pumps 10, 12 are operated. Flow rate wave-form of the pumps 10, 12 are sinusoidal wave-forms having phase difference of 180 degrees, and synthesized flow rate wave-form becomes nonpulsative.
