PURPOSE:To obtain a laser device generating no leakage of gas, which is a laser medium, to the outside of a gas container by providing a rotor driving a fan inside the gas container and providing an electric winding giving rotation to this rotor on the outside of the gas container. CONSTITUTION:A laser device is provided with a discharge electrode 2, a fan 3, a heat exchanger 4 and a rotor 5 in the inside of a gas container 1 to become a laser oscillation tube, while the outside of the gas container 1 is provided with high tension power supply 6 connected to the discharge electrode 2, an electric winding 7 and AC power supply 8 connected to this electric winding 7. The rotor 5 is connected to one end of the fan 3 and the fan 3 is rotated by rotating this rotor 5. The rotor 5 is the same with a cage rotor of an induction motor, while the electric winding 7 set-up on the outside of the gas container 1 so as to wrap the rotor 5 is the same with a stator winding of the induction motor. A part of the gas container 1 between the rotor 5 and the electric winding 7 is composed of a thin stainless steel plate. |
