PURPOSE: To provide a tent containing a coagulant for use with a blood sample by containing a filter such as dextran and a low-level anticoagulant in the tent. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tents 20 are manufactured by preparing a predetermined amount of heparin salt preventing blood coagulation, then preparing a predetermined amount of a water-soluble filler, mixing the heparin salt with the filler, and using the mixed heparin salt and filler. Each of the tents 20 has a sufficient amount of filler to be placed in a syringe 22 for the handling of the tents 20. One of the tents 20 is put in the syringe 22, a blood sample is taken into the syringe 22 so that the concentration of heparin in the blood sample is smaller than about 20 U.S.P. units per 1ml of blood, and a part of the blood sample is fed from the syringe 22 into a testing device analyzing the blood sample components, thus measuring a free calcium ion concentration related to the blood sample components. |
