<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharging container including a spacer which is designed to have a constant appearance form and a head not tilted by shrinkage force of a shrinkable film in packaging with the film. <P>SOLUTION: The spacer to be fitted between the head and an attaching cap of the fluid discharging container has the head equipped with a positioning part at the lower end of a side peripheral wall.
