<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow working other than writing even in the state that a writing utensil is carried. <P>SOLUTION: This pen inserter is one, which carries the writing utensil at the periphery of a finger, and is equipped with a ring body held between the root of a forefinger and its second joint, a guide member provided on the outer peripheral surface of the ring body, a slider fitted in the guide member so as to slide along the guide member and the carrying body of the writing utensil provided in continuously connected with the slider.
