The corner connector is in a miter-cut door or window hollow profile and involves a shaft (10), a frame with side walls and a base. A U-shaped cross-section guide (20) is inserted in the frame. The inclined surface of the shaft is formed by the base surface (22) of the U-shaped guide in the interior of the hollow profile. The tool for preparing the connector has a head on which is fixed a lever arm. On the head is an engagement member, particularly a hook, for securing a traction member of a clamping wedge. |
