SOLUTION: In the polymer composition comprising a polymeric material in which carbon fibrils of 0.25-50 wt% are contained, each of the carbon fibrils has a major axis, a part of the fibrils has an aggregate shape, the major axes of the fibrils in the aggregate have a substantially identical relative orientation, and the composition has notched Izod impact strength of more than 2.67 J/cm (5 ft-Ib/in) and a volume resistivity of less than 1x10<SP>11</SP>Ω/cm.
