The invention concerns a breast implant comprising an envelope made of a very thin and very resistant flexible material, formed by a front face and a rear face heat fused along their edges, and a mass of polymerised silicon gel for providing consistency, the assembly being elastically moulded and set in the desired shape. The rear face (2) of the implant is provided with cells moulded (4-9) in the envelope (2) and in the mass (20) of silicon gel; these cells receive silicon gel pellets (4'-9') containing a biologically compatible adhesive for adherence to the skin and removably maintaining the implant.
