<p>The method involves keeping track of simultaneous services used by a mobile station, in order to make best use of available transmission resources. The management system for mobile stations (MS) linked to a network (BSS) provides co-ordination which is put into effect separately for each of the services to which a mobile station gains simultaneous access. This includes a stage in the course of which the mobile station informs the network of simultaneous entry into the services, in order to put into effect the co-ordination procedures for each service, with these not being totalling independent. This takes account of the simultaneity of the services, in order to optimise the utilisation of the transmission resources available on the network.</p> |
