The invention relates to a device (1) for measuring urine flow. This device comprises a collecting container (11) which is mounted in such a way that it can rotate and which is used for collecting and discharging urine in a controlled way. It also comprises a measuring means (33) for detecting the deflection of the collecting container (11) relative to a rest position during urination. The inventive device (1) comprises two magnets (23, 25) placed substantially one in front of the other and having the same polarity. The first magnet (23) is placed on the collecting container (11) and the second magnet (25) is attached to the device, so that the collecting container (11) is maintained in the rest position by magnetic forces and so that the measuring means (33) detects its distance to the collecting container (11). It is thus possible to carry out automatic zeroing before each measure, by detecting the distance between the collecting container (11) and the measuring means (33), said distance corresponding to the weight of the collecting container (11).
