The device consists of a flat sound profile and a scanner, with which the sound profile is stroked manually. A cross-dimension of the sound profile lies preferably at least in the order of wavelengths of acoustically oscillating waves in thin material, especially of at least some centimeters to some tenths of centimeters. The sound profile may be in form of a foil.
