PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the Q characteristic of a strip line resonator by placing a strip line main conductor layer and a strip line additional conductor layer (reinforced conductor layer) opposite to each other via a dielectric layer and also connecting both conductor layers to each other via a connecting conductor. SOLUTION: A strip line resonator has a ceramic dielectric 1, which is formed into a hexahedron shape having a square plane shape. Then a strip line main conductor layer 2, a strip line additional layer (reinforced conductor layer) 3, a connecting conductor 4, the 1st and 2nd input/output coupling capacity conductor layers, 1st and 2nd ground conductor layers 7 and 8, and a wavelength shortening effect conductor layer are embedded into the dielectric 1. The 1st and 2nd input/output terminal conductor layers and the 1st and 2nd ground terminal conductor layers 12 and 13 are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the dielectric 1. Then the layers 2 and 3 are placed facing opposite to each other via a dielectric layer and also connected to each other via the conductor 4. |
