PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the axial positioning and wearing of a roll through a simple mechanism without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A tapered drum 4 is shaped into truncated cone, which changes its diameter, and turned together with a charged roll while being contacted. Therefore, a vector to move to a large diameter side D1. of the tapered drum 14 is operated upon the charged roll 16 during rotations. Accordingly, since a mandrel 16A of the charged roll 16 is always contacted by providing a feeding plate 34 on the large diameter side D1 of the tapered drum 14, the axial deviation of the charged roll 16 can be regulated even without pressing both axial ends. Further, since the mandrel 16A is always pressed by the feeding plate 34, no contact defect occurs. |
