PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit background sound information especially to a person having a handicap in hearing by providing a processing means visualizing character information as a three-dimensional character string based on sound source position information and character information and a means which visually displays the visualized character string on a sound source position in a virtual space. SOLUTION: An application part 1 is constituted of a virtual space display device 2 displaying information and a sound reproduction device 3 reproducing sound. A virtual space management part 4 supplies data on a three-dimensional virtual space to the application part 1 and it is provided with a three- dimensional virtual space data management device 5 managing and holding three-dimensional virtual space data and a background sound management device 7 managing background sound information transmitted to the application part 1 based out background sound attribute data 6 in the three-dimensinoal virtual space data management device 5. Background sound attribute data 6 in the three-dimensional virtual space data management device 5 is attribute data in which the attribute of background sound whose reproduction or the like is executed in the three-dimensional space is described.
