PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent smooth sliding from being disturbed due to the difference between outside air pressure and air pressure in closed space formed accompanying the sliding of a cock holding member and a cock member by providing an air pressure adjusting means. SOLUTION: A cap internal cock 72 picked by a collet chuck 22 is moved to a cock opening position or a cock closing position together with the chuck 22 so as to open or close a toner discharge port. Depressurizing filters 101 are provided at parts on the upper and the lower sides of the chuck 22 in a toner bottle stopper 19. In closing the cock 72, air is sucked in a chuck sliding part S through the depressurizing filter 101a on the upper side where a valve for suction 102a is provided as the volume of the sliding part S gets large. In opening the cock 72, the air in the sliding part S is discharged through the depressurizing filter 101b on the lower side where a valve for discharge 102b is provided. |
