PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom in use and to enable the efficient utilization of a working manual display device without limiting an operator of a mounting device which is a flexible belt-like member attachable and detachable to and from the device body by mounting the device on the operator's arm to mount the device. SOLUTION: The working manual display device 1 has a device 5 which is equipped with a display section 2 and a display manipulation section 3 and is internally provided with a communication device 4 for making communication with another computer, and the mounting device 6 which is used to mount the device body to the arm of a person, such as the operator, who uses the working manual display device 1. The communication device 4 uses other suitable communication systems, in addition to the system using IR rays. The mounting device 6 is used to mount the working manual display device 1 to the arm and is freely attachably and detachably mounted to the rear surface of the working manual display device 1. The mounting device is composed of the flexible belt-like member having engaging parts, such as hook-and-loop fasteners or fixtures, and is mounted and fixed to the arm by wrapping the belt-like member around the operator's arm and fastening the detaining parts.
