摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure printing quality even when rough surface paper etc. are used by providing a gap formed between a retractor member on an upstream side and a retractor member on a downstream side with a conductive grid. SOLUTION: The gap formed between the retractor blade 10 on the upstream side and the retractor blade 10 on the downstream side is provided with the conductive grid 8. The conductive grid 8 is so installed as to part from a photoreceptor 1 at the time of non-printing together with the transfer apparatus 5 mounted with the retractor blade 10 and to advance to a position where the grid comes into contact with the photoreceptor 1 at the time of printing. The conductive grid 8 is not grounded and is disposed in an electrically floating state. At the time of a transfer stage, the retractor blade 10 and the conductive grid 8 press the paper 11 to the surface of the photoreceptor to physically tightly adhere the photoreceptor 1 and the paper 11. The toner image on the photoreceptor 1 is transferred onto the paper 11 by the coroner of the polarity reverse from the polarity of the toners generated by a corotron wire 7 of a transfer device 6.
