PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection member superior in sealing property and capable of keeping high jetting efficiency, without causing steep rise in manufacturing cost by providing a void part having an aperture hole, fitting a reinforcing member in the void part and constituting, so that the shape of a rack can be held in the case for inserting or pulling the rack in/from a processing tank. SOLUTION: By providing a void having an aperture hole 5a5, inside which the reinforcing member 5b can be inserted and fitting the member 5b in the void, the shape of the rack can be held in a case for inserting or pulling the rack in/from the processing tank. Since the hole 5a5 is formed large enough to be communicable with a blow-off port on a side part, it achieves a sealing function in cooperation with the function of an overhanging part as elastic material, so that developer supplied from the blow-off port does not leak to a gap between the connection member 5 and the processing tank in the case of inserting the rack in the processing tank in a state, where the member 5 is attached to a specified position of the rack, that is, in the case of inserting the rack to which the member 5 is attached in the processing tank.
