PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing device capable of easily fetching a video image without necessitating a personal computer. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a scanner part SP reading the image of a negative film 1 and a digital printing part DP printing the read image on paper 11, and then equipped with a 1st input part 22 for inputting an analog video signal and an interface 24 for printing the inputted video image on the paper 11 by the printing part DP.
