PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for pull-out rotating operation type door with which the operation handle can be precisely constrained to a sunk position by engagement between an engagement member urged by a spring at operation handle side and an engagement hole at fixed case side. SOLUTION: A main shaft 3 is fitted in a bearing cylindrical portion 3 of a fixed case 2 in such a manner that relative rotation is possible but the movement in back-and-forth shaft direction is not possible, a subshaft 5 is fitted to the main shaft 4 in such a manner that the relative rotation is impossible but movable in a back-and-forth shaft direction, a base end portion of the operation handle 8 stored in an appearing manner in a depressed portion of the fixed case 2 and in a groove portion in back and forth direction of the main shaft is hinged at the front end portion of the subshaft 5 by a cross pivot shaft intersecting with the center shaft line of the main shaft and subshaft 5, a lock hole 47 is provided in the fixed case 2, and an engagement member 38 which engages with the lock hole 47 by urge of spring when the operation handle 8 lies down is provided at the operation handle 8.
