PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply assemble a cylindrical container, and to simply manufacture even a bag body housed in the container and prevent leakage of water. SOLUTION: In the simple prefabricated tank in which a watertight bag body 3 is housed in a cylindrical container 2 in which a large number of metallic wall elements 20, 21 made of a metal and curved in an arcuate shape are joined and assembled in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction, the bag bodies 3 is composed of a thick disc plate 3b and a cylindrical synthetic resin film 3a. A lower end section 3c, which is folded up in a gathered shape of the synthetic-resin film 3a and in which a diameter is shrunk, is clamped and stuck fast on the outer circumferential surface of the disc plate 3b from the periphery.
