PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope type pile rotating fitting construction method coping with piles of different specifications, simple and high in reliability to permit rapid construction and sound construction of a ready made pile head joint part. SOLUTION: A pile rotating fitting 1 is placed on a pile head end plate so that an inner diameter 6 or an outer diameter 7 almost coincides with it, and bolt holes 9 of circular arc shape envelop internal threads provided at the pile head end plate, at two lateral places or more of each protruding part 8 with the center 17 of circular arcs as a cardinal point. After rotating into the uniform position of each protruding part 8, bolts 10 are thread-fastened to the internal threads provided at the pile head end plate, from the bolt holes 9 of a circular arc shape, with washers placed in between and tightened to frictionally joint the pile rotating fitting 1 to the pile head end plate.
