PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for advertising vehicles using internet advertising is provided to extend sphere of advertising, by managing vehicle advertising through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A member collection part(1) collects an advertising service request for vehicles through the internet. A member confirmation part(2) checks whether a netizen inputting the service request has been joined as a member. A registration processing part(3) requests a netizen to input information necessary for subscription if he has not been joined as a member and carries out membership registration. An advertisement selection part(4) searches an advertisement that a member will attach so that he can select it. An advertisement issuing part(5) issues an advertisement selected by the netizen and delivers it to him. An advertisement receiving confirmation part(6) confirms the receiving status of the delivered advertisement and a serial number for the advertisement.
