PURPOSE: Provided is a laser beam guide device for a laser therapy apparatus, which can apply laser beam to a blood vessel without inserting a needle into veins. CONSTITUTION: The laser beam guide device includes: a guide member(40) comprising a coupling part(47) coupled with the end of a laser beam output cable and a guide hole(45) extended from the coupling part(47) for guiding the laser beam, wherein the guide hole(45) comprises a horizontal hole(41) and a vertical hole(42) and the laser beam is inflowed via the horizontal hole(41) toward the vertical hole(42) by a reflecting mirror(51); a fixed band(70) to fix the guide member(40) to the one part of the body.
