PURPOSE: A chemical manufacturing method for treating high-concentrated wastewater having heavy metals is provided. A chemical is characterized in that a retention time is decreased because a reaction time is faster, and an amount of produced sludge is decreased about 20-30%, and dewatering and disinfection is improved, and heavy metals are removed by neutralizing by acorn acid, therefore the sludge can be used for feed of the earthworm. CONSTITUTION: The chemical comprises the compounded strain (KCCM-10167) compounded of gloephylluon sp, candida sp, bacillus sp, and leuconostoc mesentroides subpcremoris and castings of the earthworm having bacillus, fungi and acorn acid which neutralize heavy metals such as nickel, mercury, lead, cadmium, uranium.
