PURPOSE: An artificial incubation system of fry, which purifies water supplied for the growth of fry continuously and recirculates the water is provided to prevent infection by bacteria and make the optimum condition for the growth of fry with reduced energy cost. CONSTITUTION: The incubation system comprises a water tank storing growing water capable of holding and growing fish eggs, a thermostat with a heater therein, controlling the stored water temperature, an oxygen generator supplying oxygen to the water of the tank, a motor circulating the water, a filter removing debris particles from the circulated water, a sterilizer, a water level controller preventing oversupply of the water to an incubator, an incubator holding the provided growing water and the fish eggs to grow the eggs, and a circulation tube leading and flowing the water to the motor, the filter, the sterilizer, the water level controller and the incubator. The growing water is let into an incubation container from the bottom part and then flowed to the top of the container so accumulated fish eggs are moved freely. The flow of the water prevents the eggs from being pressed continuously and provides sufficient amount of oxygen and nutriments to the eggs.
