PURPOSE:To obtain a telephone set, especially a portable wireless telephone set of waterproof structure in which an antenna can easily be mounted and the loading of rubber packing can be simplified. CONSTITUTION:A case in which a functional component is housed consists of a lover case 1 and an upper case 2 to be loaded on the lover case 1. The telephone set can be comprised in a waterproof type by interposing frame type rubber packing 40 in the stage end face 11 of respective aperture of the lover case 1 and the upper case 2. The antenna 30 is embedded in the rubber packing 40 in U-shape so as to enclose a receiver 6 or a transmitter 7.
