<p>PURPOSE: A dry type air purification apparatus that is equipped with wet type mist eliminator is provided to cleanly purify polluted air in single air purification system by first filtering particulate matter and water soluble noxious gas and secondly filtering fine dust, smoke, volatile organic compounds, non-water soluble gas, malodor and bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The dry type air purification apparatus comprises a duct(100) communicated with the inside of room; an exhaust fan(130) installed at one end part of the duct to suck air in the duct so that the air is exhausted; a wet type purification part(200) comprising a plurality of eliminators(260,270) formed on pipeline of the duct to filter and purify pollutants and noxious gas contained in air flown in the duct; and a dry type purification part(300) comprising a filter(340) installed on pipeline of the duct distanced from the wet type purification part to secondly purify the air first purified by the wet type purification part, wherein the apparatus further comprises a demister(280) installed at one end of the eliminators of the wet type purification part to filter moisture contained in the polluted air, wherein the wet type purification part comprises a spray means (B) for filtering pollutants by spraying water or oil in the polluted air, the spray means comprising storage tank(220), pump or mist and fog generator(230), supply pipe(240), a plurality of spray nozzles(242) and return pipe(250), and wherein the apparatus further comprises sight glasses(110,210) respectively installed on the duct between the spray nozzles and the eliminator(260) and on the duct distanced from the demister to check the spraying state of water or oil and flow of the first purified air.</p> |
