PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous operation preventing-type gas discharge preventing device suitably used for a bulk, having a blocking operation delaying mechanism of a simple structure not immediately blocking a gas flow hole even when a gas flow reaches a flow rate of instantaneous operation of a main valve by some reason, while applying a mechanism for blocking the outflow of a gas when the gas is abnormally flows out. SOLUTION: This device comprises a preventing device body 5 having the gas flow hole 4 for circulating the gas from an inflow port 2 to an outflow port 3, the main valve 6 axially slidably mounted in the gas flow hole 4 for blocking the gas flow hole, and an energizing member 7 mounted in the gas flow hole and energizing the main valve 6 to the inflow port side. A reset member 20 is mounted in the gas flow hole movably in the main valve direction by a reset button 24, an energizing member 23 is mounted for energizing the reset member 20 in the direction of the outflow port, a compression plunger 21 fitted in a recessed part 9 formed on the main valve 6 is mounted on an end part opposite to the main valve 6, and an air chamber 22 is formed between a tip of the compression plunger 21 and a bottom part of the recessed part.
