PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of keeping a simple structure and low cost and accelerating miniaturization, weight reduction, thinned structure, etc., while preventing fluctuation of quality. SOLUTION: Ball bearings 10, 11 are fittingly held in the outer periphery of the shaft 1. The axial width X of the inner rings 10A, 11A of the ball bearing is set smaller than the axial width Y of the outer rings 10B, 11B and mutual axial end faces of the outer rings 10B, 11B are brought into direct contact with each other. A swing arm 12 is constituted of a sheet of plannar plate and provided with a hole 13 with flange formed by pressing work. A conventional E block is omitted and the swing arm 12 is constituted of a sheet of planar plate and the hole 13 formed by press working is fixedly pressed directly in the outer diametral part of the outer ring and hence, although it is simply and at a low cost made, fluctuation of quality is depressed and further, miniaturization, weight reduction, thinned structure can be accelerated, and the out gas problem caused by use of an adhesive can be minimized.
