PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form fixture for a concrete retaining wall and its construction method simplifying a work process, shortening a construction period and positively preventing the uplift of a form panel. SOLUTION: This form fixture for the concrete retaining wall is provided with a latch 12 fitted to a skeleton 34 for holding the form 28 for the concrete retaining wall 28; a clamp 18 fitted to a pile 36 driven into the ground 40, and located in a lower position than the latch 12; and a chain 24 for connecting the latch 12 and the clamp 18. The chain 24 is provided with a turnbuckle 26. The clamp 18 has a through-hole 20 into which the pile 36 is fitted with slight allowance. The clamp 18 fitted to the pile 36 is slidable while being locked to the side face of the pile 36 when the chain 24 is tensed and the clamp 18 is rotated to press the peripheral edge part of the through hole 20 to the side face of the pile.
