PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for a swing arm whose preload does not change even if an external force acts on a bearing in the rolling bearing device for which a housing is not used and whose rigidity hardly changes and which is low in cost, as features. SOLUTION: After two ball bearings 1, 1 have been assembled with a preload in an axial direction on a shaft 5, these two ball bearings 1, 1 and the spacer 4 put between these ball bearings 1, 1 and the their outer rings 3, 3 are fixed with adhesion, and the outer diametral faces 3b, 3b of the outer rings 3, 3 and the outer diametral faces 4b of the spacer are fixed adhesively to the inner diametral face 6a of the swing arm.
