PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a woven or a knitted fabric containing a polyamide moisture absorbing and releasing conjugated fibers having moisture absorbing and releasing performances, excellent dimensional stability and excellent color fastness and a method for producing the woven or knitted fabric. SOLUTION: This woven or knitted fabric containing the polyamide moisture absorbing and releasing conjugated fibers is composed of the polyamide moisture absorbing and releasing conjugated fibers and polyester fibers and the mixing ratio of the polyamide moisture absorbing and releasing conjugated fibers is >=10 and <50%. The polyamide moisture absorbing and releasing conjugated fibers are dyed with a metal complex dye and the polyester fibers are dyed with a disperse dye at a high temperature of >=110 deg.C in one bath. The woven or knitted fabric has >=3-4 rating stain of color fastness to washing and >=3-4 rating fastness to rubbing.
