PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panier not making a wearer get tired even in wearing for many hours, being well ventilated under foot, having an excellent feeling of wearing and not requiring a troublesome operation. SOLUTION: An air introduction route 3 is integrally fixed to the inside of a cloth 2 formed in the shape of a skirt in the circumferential direction along the whole circumference, a part of the air introduction route 3 is provided with an air introduction/exhaust port 5 used in introducing air into the air introduction route 3 and transferring the introduced air to the outside and the air introduction/exhaust port 5 is equipped with a plug 6 for preventing air from leaking into the outside. When air is introduced from the air introduction/exhaust port 5 to the air introduction route 3, the cloth 2 makes a beautiful silhouette by the swelling of the air introduction route 3 into a ring shape.
