<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a warm-up time at the start-up of a system by efficiently warming up the system. <P>SOLUTION: Power that a fuel cell 1 can generate, power consumption at an auxiliary machine, and chargeable power and dischargeable power of a secondary cell 7 are calculated at a control part 8, a process of controlling a power distribution part 4 so as to supply generated power of the fuel cell 1 to the auxiliary machine and the secondary cell 7 and a process of controlling the power distribution part 4 so as to supply the generating power of the fuel cell 1 and discharging power of the secondary cell 7 to the auxiliary machine are repeated to warm up the fuel cell 1 and the secondary cell 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
