摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high performance vacuum heat insulating material not causing deterioration of heat insulating performance due to inner pressure increase by gas composition generated from bonding agent and having excellent heat insulating performance more than ten times of heat insulating performance of former hard urethane foam by suppressing heat conduction in which connection section formed at intersection of fibers act as heat cross flow link. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum heat insulation material 1 provided with a core 2 composed of glass fiber assembly, an external enclosing material 3 having gas barrier nature and coating the core 2 and having an inside of the external enclosing material 3 decompressed and sealed, the core 2 keeps a shape thereof by pressurizing and forming a glass fiber assembly at thermal deformation temperature of glass fiber or higher and plastically deforming the glass fiber assembly under a pressurized condition. Since bonding agent is not used for the core, heat conduction of core solid composition can be reduced and deterioration of heat insulating performance with age can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
