<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand text data into image easily to watch without wasting recording paper by converting text data for one line to image data after linking the text data of the next line when the text data for one line received through a computer communication network are not more than a prescribed amount. SOLUTION: A binary text converting part 1c temporarily stores the received text data in an ECM buffer b2, converts these text data to the image data while extracting them line by line to a one-line buffer b1 and stores them in an image memory 6. When the number of characters in the text data for one line stored in the one-line buffer b1 is less in comparison with the number of characters in one line settled within the width of recording paper at such a time, the text data of the next line are continuously stored in the one-line buffer b1 by forcedly erasing a line shift code or the like. Thus, useless line shifting is eliminated and recording paper is economically used.</p> |
