PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system capable of easily comparing a prepared schema and a fetched lesion image. SOLUTION: The medical image processing system for processing medical image information with a computer is provided with: a display for displaying a schema for medical use; a write means for writing plotting data and text data to the schema displayed on the display; an instruction means for instructing the angle of rotating an image to be displayed on the display; and an image processing means for performing a coordinate transformation processing in which the schema including a plotted figure written according to the rotation angle designated by the instruction means is rotated and further performing the coordinate transformation processing in which the text data is only translated without rotation.
