PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a shape and a color of dried fruit are difficult to be maintained, because the fruit absorbs moisture at ambient temperature, when arranged in decorative use. SOLUTION: Decorative hard confectionery of the dried fruit arranged in a flowery style is produced by slicing fruit, drying the sliced fruit in an oven, etc., soaking the sliced and dried fruit in syrup, recrystallizing sugar contained in the fruit, and applying decoration of the flowery style to the fruit, so that a good mouth feel with crispiness is effectively obtained and the shape and the color are maintained for a long period at the ambient temperature.
