PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of displaying a natural and conspicuous image without burdening to a CPU upon changing a fetching/freeze-frame (freeze) display. SOLUTION: In this image processing apparatus, a memory circuit for memorizing image data and a image processing circuit for signal processing of the image data are connected in parallel on a bus for which the CPU or a data transmission circuit has use rights, the data transmission between the memory circuit and the image processing circuit is done by obtaining use rights of the bus with the data transmission circuit.
