PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a wooden building for forming a floor ventilation passage even if a through-hole for the floor ventilation passage is not bored in a floor joist. SOLUTION: In this floor structure of the wooden building, an underfloor air passage is arranged under the floor, by the floor joist 13 arranged at a prescribed interval in parallel to an outer wall 20 on a sleeper 18, and a floorboard 11 having a thermally insulating board 8 stretched on an upper surface of the floor joist 13. A floor joist 17 of the shortest distance to the outer wall 20 is arranged at a prescribed distance from the outer wall 20, and clearance 16 is formed for communicating with the underfloor air passage 12 and an outer wall air passage 4 formed in the outer wall 20.
