PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device which is able to generate an arbitrary view point image for making it possible for a user to easily set the view point position of a reconstructed image in a real space. SOLUTION: This image photographing device comprises an image photographing means to photograph an image, a position/attitude measuring means to measure position and attitude in photographing, a reconstruction view point position setting means to set the view point position of a reconstructed image and a reconstructing means to reconstruct an image corresponding to the view point position set by the reconstruction view point setting means by using light beam information included in the image photographed by the image photographing means.
