PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that recording is affected by a ringer tone or oscillating sounds in the case that a call is terminated during recording operation in a mobile phone having a voice recording function. SOLUTION: When a call is terminated in the mobile phone being performing the recording operation, a control part automatically stops an call termination report operation like sound generation or vibration and only displays call termination on a display part. As a result, recording is not affected by call termination, and a user is allowed to respond to the incoming call when necessary, by temporarily interrupting recording. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
